Over the past few weeks...
I've found myself thinking about many of the wonderful people I've had the privilege of working with over the past 22 years.
As I've continued learning, I've realized that some of the greatest breakthroughs in my practice don’t come from finding better answers.
They come from learning to ask better questions...
...questions that help me become more curious about the story each person's body is trying to tell.
Today, I'm curious about things I rarely explored years ago...
...old injuries, surgeries, scar tissue, significant life stress, and experiences that may still be influencing the body years later.
I've come to believe that every body has a story, and sometimes the missing piece isn't another treatment—it's understanding that story.
I sometimes find myself wondering...
What else might we have helped…
…if I'd known then what I know now?
That question is what inspired me to create this short guide!
Client Moments:
"I was able to play games outside with my grandkids without suffering afterwards!"
- Joyce, Age 75
"I thought I was going to have to give up my dog because it was getting too hard to take care of him. Now it is so much easier."
- Judy, age 87
"The trip went very well! I had three different pillows with me and didn't have to use any of them!"
- Kay
"I don't want to get up because right now NOTHING hurts!"
- Doug
These stories aren't really about pain.
They're about protecting what matters.
Every body has a story. This guide is simply an invitation to start listening.

What I've learned along the way...
Over the past 22 years, I've never stopped learning.
Every approach I've studied has taught me something valuable.
Rather than replacing one technique with the next, I've held on to the pieces that consistently helped people and thoughtfully integrated them into the way I work today.
My practice isn't built around one method.
It's built around one purpose:
Helping people restore and protect their health by listening to the story their body has been trying to tell—and using the best of what I've learned along the way.
